Sprite (Built-in Patch) in Renderer, Render

This patch renders a single quad with optionaly antialiased borders.

The image on the quad is multiplied by the color set on the “Color” input and can be combined with a mask using the optional “Mask Image” input (the mask will be resized to match the image’s size).

Note that the Billboard patch is a simplified version of Sprite with fewer parameters and which is especially suited for 2D drawing.

Input Attributes
  • Enable - Controls execution of the patch.
  • Interaction - Interaction port to be connected to interaction provider
  • X Position - Position on the X-axis.
  • Y Position - Position on the Y-axis.
  • Z Position - Position on the Z-axis.
  • X Rotation - Rotation on the X-axis.
  • Y Rotation - Rotation on the Y-axis.
  • Z Rotation - Rotation on the Z-axis.
  • Width - The width of the sprite.
  • Height - The height of the sprite.
  • Color - The color of the sprite.
  • Image - The image on the sprite.
  • Mask Image - The mask image to apply to the image on the sprite.
  • Blending - Blending control.
  • Depth Testing - Depth testing control.
  • Face Culling - Face culling control.
