Super GLSL Grid in Kineme GL

This patch functions like the built-in GLSL patch, but allows you to control the GLSL parameters on a per-grid basis.
Provide an input structure with the corresponding GLSL uniform names, and the new values, and it will use those values instead of the GLSL Shader’s defaults.
