MIDI Notes Receiver in MIDI

This patch observes arbitrary keyboard octaves on given MIDI channels from one or more MIDI sources.

When a key is pressed, the corresponding patch output is set to the normalized velocity value in the [0,1] range. When the key is released, the output goes back to 0 (velocity is ignored).

Note that when the composition starts rendering, all keyboard keys are assumed to be up.
