MIDI Controllers Receiver

This patch observes arbitrary MIDI controllers on given MIDI channels from one or more MIDI sources.

The values of the controllers are normalized in the [0,1] range.

Note that when the composition starts rendering, the initial values of MIDI controllers are assumed to be 0.
